We loved how central the hotel was to everything. 15 minutes in a taxi from the airport, airport taxis €33 but if you get an uber it is cheaper. We walked everywhere. The open top bus tour was great for seeing everything. Stadium tour was good but definitely seen more in other stadium tours we have done. Hotel was really clean, comfortable and the cleaners freshened your room everyday. Lots of lovely restaurants and coffee shops. Shopping centre/Aldi and supermarkets all walking distance. It was great we highly recommend. We used Google maps together everywhere.

It was excellent. Stuff was very kind and friendly from the beginning.They allowed me to left my luggage at the reception before check in and after check out. There is quite early check in, and late check out, what is very comfortable. Rooms are clean and cleaned every day. Breakfasts quite ok, fresh and tasty, but everyday the same. Location is excellent. It is quite calm district, but you can find many nice restaurants nerby. It is close to two metro stations. And the best thing, it has 24/7 Carrefour on the next street.

Location: 15 min walk from the train station but there are different bus stops that are 2-5 mins away. Location is far from the main center. Need to allot 20-25 minutes. 5 min walk to the nearest grocery. Room: Was clean, decor is mostly erring on the older side. I did appreciate that the table was underneath the window which we could open while working. Staff: Excellent and accommodating. Hotel: There are elevators.

The staff was superbly nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was excellent for the purpose of our trip. I would surely come again to this property if I'll visit Madrid again and stay in this area.

The hotel atmosphere is amazing, clean, cozy, nice reception and lobby. Breakfast was very good. Staff is very helpful. This hotel is better than many 4 star hotels. Location is great for business trips, though a bit far from the historical part of the city. Several supermarkets in the surroundings, pharmacies, metro access. A perfect place, wish I could stay for longer.

Senator Castellana is very conveniently located between two Metro stops, Cuzco and Tetuan. We chose this place for its location (proximity to Chamartin) and it was a good choice. The hotel was clean and comfortable, no frills, but it suited our needs perfectly. It's also in a non-touristy neighborhood so prices for food and drink nearby are very reasonable. Breakfast was very good (in the hotel).

The Staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The location was perfect . Hotel was clean and they had a very nice selection for Breakfast.

Well, personnel is very polite and friendly. Check in was smooth. We were little bit confused with the "free minibar" we were told upon arrival, but the minibar was just empty fridge and coffee and tea pot, nevertheless... it was ok, we don't mind :-)

The rooms were reasonable for the money. All the staff were really kind and helpful. I had a early flight in the morning and the staff at the pantry helped me get a few desserts before I left. Good location
